To ensure every event runs smoothly, we’ve outlined the following catering policies. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
Booking & Deposits
A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Final Payment
Final payment is due 90 days after the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once the event is booked, as preparation and scheduling begin immediately. Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges based on food preparation and staffing commitments.
Service Time
Standard catering service includes buffet setup and service for the agreed service window. Additional service time may be available for an added fee if requested in advance.
Travel & Location Requirements
Events outside our standard service area may include a travel fee based on distance and logistics. Any special venue requirements, permits, or access considerations should be communicated in advance.
Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing appropriate covered space or weather contingency plans to ensure safe and uninterrupted service.
